Who you are

  • 2+ years’ experience as a full life-cycle recruiter in a high volume environment

  • Excels as a listener and is able to craft thoughtful questions demonstrating strengths in verbal and written communication

  • Develops creative recruiting strategies to maintain a solid pipeline of sales talent. Stay abreast of industry trends, developments and changes within sourcing and recruiting

  • Demonstrates an ability to comprehend the nuances and responsibilities of each job description and effectively ask questions to vet candidate viability

  • Can work within recruiting software system (Clear Company or Work Day is preferred) to streamline recruiting efforts

  • Accountable to self and team with a sense of humor

  • Move Fast. Think Big. Thrives in a fast-paced and fluid environment

  • Assure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and compliance with federal and state laws and regulations

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
