Sales Operations Program Manager

About the role

As a Sales Operations Program Manager for Mortgage Lenders of America, a Zillow Group company, you will be responsible for developing and improving processes which enable sales success and efficiency. You will play a central role in building methodologies within our sales automation tools which advance the overall performance and productivity of the sales team as well as providing ongoing recommendations for process optimization. You will collaborate with sales leadership and other business stakeholders, responsively solving problems while planning for future evolution.

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate, implement, own, and continually refine sales automation directly within the platform and collaborate as it relates to other integrated software solutions
  • Manage sales operations processes and automation of lead distribution for consumer direct home loans business
  • Proactively identify ways to improve assignment methodologies with a continuous drive toward optimizing company-wide conversion
  • Provide sales support and troubleshooting for sales automation tools; implement solution for managing trouble tickets and prepare reports based on trend data, presenting to senior leadership as appropriate
  • Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs and other reports; conduct adhoc analyses as necessary to enable insight-driven decision-making & prioritization
  • Continuously evaluate sales performance, maintain a pulse on dynamics influencing opportunities and provide actionable intelligence to improve sales efficiency
  • Assist with sales planning and organizational design for the evolving team structure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels within the organization to achieve business objectives
  • Apply innovative thinking and creative problem-solving to all challenges presented

Who you are

  • 5 years’ experience in sales operations functions; 3 years within consumer direct
  • 3+ years’ hands-on experience with CRM software with a focus on performance optimization, and advanced understanding of principles and best practices
  • Strong command of software applications available to facilitate sales and marketing automation
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically an expert in Excel
  • High technical aptitude with appreciation for details
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Fully capable to prioritize and organize workload between multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Able to work in a rapidly changing and collaborative cross-team environment
